KWH Mystery...

It is simply amazing. KWH files a multiple page complaint with the LMUD Board. Yet item 1C, the easiest item to verify, has some obvious errors.

First, the selling prices were $298,000 and $136,000 not $29,800 and $13,600. KWH simply forgot that the rate is per $1,000 not per $100.

Second, the Deed from the Kellisons to the Cady's was notarized on June 29, 2005. The Deed from the Cadys to Ms. Richey was notarized on June 30, 2005. Banking on recording dates ignores the facts contained in the documents.

With these errors how can one believe the rest of the story? Since KWH got this one wrong then 3B would also be an error.

Since none of us were there when the transactions took place we must defer to the public documents for the facts.
