Judge Alito - Driving Them Crazy
Chuck Schumer let the cat out of the bag. The Supreme Court is not about the Constitution!
Claiming that Justice O’Connor is a “swing vote”, Schumer validates that he believes that the Supreme Court is about social engineering and not about the Constitution.
Senator Reid says that Justice O’Connor was the “deciding vote” on a “narrowly divided court.” I read this to mean that the half that includes the former ACLU counsel has it right and the other half simply divides the court.
President Bush nominated Judge Sam Alito to replace Justice O’Connor. Judge Alito has a long record that will simply drive the non-Constitutional wing of the liberal party into a tizzy.
