More from the “Me! Me! Me! Blogger”
Evidently the “publisher” of the “Me! Me! Me! Blogger” has found a leak in the Lassen County Grand Jury.
On October 14 she writes to the Judge complaining that “the Grand Jury Forman (sic) is withholding” her complaint from the Grand Jury. This is the same complaint that I wrote about on September 4.
On October 31 she complains to the DA claiming that the Judge had to recuse himself because she had mentioned his name in her complaint. Don’t like a Judge, name him in your complaint (Tom DeLay, listen up!)
Complaints should be reviewed by the Grand Jury. How and when they take action on a complaint is determined by them, not the one making the complaint. They may decide that they don’t need to talk to the complainant.
I find the possibility that a member of the Grand Jury is releasing information to the public to be troubling. However, if you read the letters carefully you can only conclude that the Judge and Foreman are the only ones who actually know the status of the complaint.
This makes for some interesting gossip.
