Californians have started voting on 8 propositions. Millions have been spent. Turnout mix could determine the outcome.

Prop 73 – Parental Notification – Toss up but will likely be defeated in the courts if it wins.

Prop 74 – Public School Teacher Tenure – Trailing

Prop 75 – Union Dues – Political Contributions – Toss up

Prop 76 – State Spending Limits – Trailing double digit

Prop 77 – Redistricting - Trailing double digit

Prop 78 – Drug Discounts – Trailing (Bring it back when California has money)

Prop 79 – Drug Discounts – Trailing

Prop 80 – Electricity Regulation - Trailing double digit
