A City approves a development project that increases housing stock by 25%. The initial sales price is equal to the average resale price. The development produces more houses than the market requires. Housing prices in the City depress.

Your house decreases in value because it does not have the amenities of the new home. You determine the value of your house has diminished. You sue the City for economic loss.

Team USA doesn’t need a captain they need to have a financial management seminar built around 5 rounds of golf called the Ryder Cup.

He is like many who think that they speak with facts but should simply admit that it is all made up to meet their out of control agenda.

Failures in the war on terror have been made. Those failures, if you will, started with President Carter and are going on today and will continue tomorrow. If we left the middle-east and abandoned Israel today the war would continue because that will be a win for the extremists. Europe would be next because they have a passive approach to those who represent a threat. The domino theory moves on.

And these folks believe in “negotiation” and “international talks” and “cooperation”? Somehow Kos will have to find a way to keep this silliness out of the hands of the voters or his goal of running Congress will disappear.

What the quote actually says is that Ahmadinejad’s view of the world Persia is the center of world justice. He believes that the right of the state to exist surpasses the right of the people of the state to live their lives freely. And the American left fawns over this guy.

The bottom line, again, is the Times afraid that the Democrats will lose registered voters. The Times does not fear a loss in registration for the Republicans. The independent voter group is growing and this is not good for the journalists and members of the progressive movement.

November 8 was designated as our next workshop. We will discuss home occupations and the sign ordinance. The public should attend as these items could change what our city looks like. Our last workshop on zoning was not attended by the public so I will assume that they accepted our position as being correct – I am sure that will last until the first development under the new standards is presented.

This is not a 1st Amendment issue as claimed by the Appeal-Democrat. This is a special treatment in the tax code issue.
