That is it. No secret handshake. No wink and a nod. The relationship between Plumas Bank and SGA is none of my business. No million dollar city pay out. The City now controls its golf course and can lease the property, sell the property, close the golf course, or any combination of these legitimate ideas.

From Yahoo News About 40 lawsuits have been filed against telecommunications companies by people and organizations alleging the companies violated wiretapping and privacy laws. The lawsuits have been combined and are pending before a single federal judge in California.

The Susanville City Council voted 4 – 0 (Councilman Templeton abstaining) to reach a settlement with Plumas Bank.
