Lassen County Election Line-up
It appears as if the June 6 elections in Lassen County are set.
The following are unopposed, will be on the ballot, but will take office in January 2007:
3rd District Supervisor – Mr. Lloyd Keefer
Assessor – Mr. Ken Bunch
Auditor – Ms. Karen Fouch
District Attorney – Mr. Bob Burns
Treasurer/Tax Collector – Mr. Richard Egan
County Clerk/Recorder – Ms. Julie Bustamante (Assistant County Clerk)
The following have competion:
5th District Supervisor – Mr. Jack Hanson, Incumbent vs Mr. Philip Michael Burgarello
Sheriff/Coroner – Mr. Steven Warren – Appointed Incumbent vs Resident Deputy Benny Wallace
Superior Court Judge:
Judge Ridgely L. Lazard, Incumbent vs Mr. Don Sokol
City Council:
There will be six candidates for 2 positions. This will be an interesting race.
