Let’s run on foreign policy and who can better lead say the Dems. This would be simple if it were the pre-Blogosphere era.

In today’s age one need only go to the political blogs to find out where the politics, for either side, is running.

Markos Moulitsas is the big gun on the progressive side of the fence. He owns the high volume Daily KOS. This man has the respect of the progressive left and hobnobs with the powerful powerbrokers (of which he believes he is one).

The Daily KOS opened up an area where the fringe has become the traffic of the site. KOS may or may not agree with what the progressive community is saying today but he simply has lost control of his own site.

Why should progressives not be trusted with world diplomacy? Simple, they act like dictators that will cannibalize there own when they stray from the true word. Here is a simple example:

on CNN that she is defending Bush against Hugo Chavez!
Unfortunately, her Calif representative website won’t accept non-constituent email and her Democratic Leader website has no way to email her at all. As a result, I decided to reprint my letter to her here. If anyone knows how to get this to her, I would appreciate it, but I think that we all need to call her out on this.
Here’s my letter below:

Comments: Dear Ms. Pelosi, Well, isn’t it great you can protect Bush from Hugo Chavez but you can’t protect the country from Bush. This “pro-torture” legislation is an outrage and the Republicans own the issue, no matter what side of it they are on. The rest of the country is sitting there wondering where in the hell are the Democrats? Why won’t they speak? We are drowning in your silence. Do you have a plan to filibuster? Do you have a position on the issue? Are you THERE? Oh, you are out defending Bush. How great of you. Unfortunately, everything Chavez said about him is absolutely true. It’s also really nice of you to make him look good just before the fall elections. Why don’t you resign. You are clearly incompetent, mindless and totally ineffectual.

This further enhances my thoughts expressed in a previous post – Chavez, Ahmadinejad and American Progressives. And these folks believe in “negotiation” and “international talks” and “cooperation”? Somehow KOS will have to find a way to keep this silliness out of the hands of the voters or his goal of running Congress will disappear.

Don’t believe how this is playing? Check out Rick Moran – THE HUGO AND MAHMOUD SHOW. Rick doesn’t hold back in this one and puts these “progressive leaders” on the door step of the American progressives – aka the Democrats and Markos Moulitsas.

The entertainment value in watching the rank anti-Americanism, the twisting of history, the deliberate lies and exaggerated rhetoric has been immense – better than the first episode of Survivor anyway. And in their own ways, Hugo Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad have shown that each have missed their calling in life. Instead of being brutal tyrants oppressing the masses of their people, they very well could have been paired up to star in their very own sit-com. Or better yet, how about “The Hugo and Mahmoud Comedy Hour?”

Better watch out, Rick, the children of KOS will find a way to tie you to the beloved Nancy Pelosi and now you know what they think of her.

It is election time and the fun has just begun. I still believe that most Americans dislike both extremes and any viable alternative would be a shoe-in for the midterms. Unfortunately, the “two party” system doesn’t permit alternatives to mess up their hold on government.
