Olbermann’s Failed Attempt At Intelligence
I will keep this short. With Keith Olbermann you don’t have much to work with.
KO defines the Chris Wallace interview of Bill Clinton as:
“It is not essential that a past president, bullied and sandbagged by a monkey posing as a newscaster, finally lashed back.â€
For those who don’t know KO, he is actually a sportscaster (mediocre) turned pundit. Check out his bio and then go to the Chris Wallace bio and you will understand why KO is seldom quoted and Chris is respected.
KO lives in a fantasy world of self-perpetuating greatness. He thinks that 8 years of Clinton equals 8 months of Bush. He really believes the twisted history that he spouts. Olbermann is like many who think that they speak with facts but should simply admit that it is all made up to meet their out of control agenda. Hey, nobody really believes what these folks say anyway but their continuous idiotic implosions further help define them as needing some real help.
Allahpundit puts it into perspective.
I leave you with this. It was Bill Clinton and Hillary Care that gave the Republicans the Congress. Bill had it all and couldn’t figure out what to do with it. With 40 years of dominance in the House, the Dems lost their ability to conceive real solutions for real problems. And now we have a dummygogue proving that the left needs a pit stop for a tune up.
UPDATE
Professor O’Brien asked a question in the comments section. The answer is:
Professor, I am sure that you could formulate a better question. I often use open ended innocuous questions, similar to yours, in my classes. They are good teaching tools but have less impact outside of the classroom.

Just curious, but what, precisely, did you not like about Olbermann’s editorial and why?
